My in-process graduate work is in Biomedical and Health Informatics at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. The Master of Professional Science is an interdisciplinary program that focuses on:
o The management of large scale projects related to clinical and public health information systems
o Development and evaluation of health information systems that impact clinical decision making and health care quality
o Analysis and management of health data for improvement in clinical practice, biomedical research and public health services

My graduate work was completed at the Graduate School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD) in Organizational Leadership and Learning at George Washington University. Programs focus on the interrelationships among people, organizations, and learning, while utilizing systematic change processes, challenging assumptions through critical reflection, and fostering group and self-directed learning from a global perspective.
During my undergraduate work I was inducted into the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity at California University of Pennsylvania (PennWest). The accredited program in exercise science focuses on exercise science, wellness and performance while building a strong foundation in business, marketing, and analysis. The program provides courses built around Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The program also offers the level 1 Certified Speed Coach course from the National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE).
I am pursuing a certification to become an industry certified project manager. The Project Management Professional (PMP)® is the world's leading certification for project management. The PMP certification is designed by and for project professionals, and it validates skills in three domains: people, process, and business environment. People skills emphasize the human aspects of leading a project team in today's dynamic environment. Process skills reinforce the technical aspects of managing projects successfully. Business environment skills highlight the connection between projects and organizational strategy.
